Q- How can I search for specific products within the application?

Ans - You can use our advanced search bar that enables you to find items by SKU IDs, names, attributes, and even conduct a global search using our sophisticated algorithm, perfect for recalling those details you might only vaguely remember.


Q- How can I update information for existing products ?

Ans - To update your existing product information, you have two options:

Using Admin Portal:

  1. Navigate to the Import/Export page

  2. Export all your product data

  3. Make necessary edits in the sheet

  4. Re- upload the sheet and choose the "Update Only" option

Using Your Own Data Sheet:

  1. Make edits to your data sheet with the updated information

  2. Upload the edited sheet on the platform

  3. Please note that we use the SKU ID to match products for editing


Q - How does the application manage products and variants?

Ans - We categorise variants of a product by identifying specific attributes that set them apart. These distinguishing features are referred to as "hinges." Hinges can be represented either as text chips or images, providing a clear distinction between each variant of a product.


Q - Can I organise products into categories to make navigation easier?

Ans - Yes, You can categorise and organise products into specific categories and collections by utilising the import-export module.


Q - How does product recommendations works?

Ans - We analyse the purchase history of all your customers, giving you suggestions that match their individual purchase history, allowing you to pitch products that have the highest chances of conversion.


Q - Can I customise the fields and data collected in the product module?

Ans - No, you can't do this directly but you can get in touch with your Customer Success Manager to get this done


Q - Can I set up different pricing catalog for different customer segments?

Ans - Yes you can. During onboarding you can let us know the different catalogs for each of your customer segments, and we will setup your account accordingly.

Q - Can I integrate the product module with external product information databases?

Ans - Yes we can do so.Currently we do support syncing of product information with Shopify, WooCommerce, Bigcommerce etc. You can get in touch with your CSM to understand if we can sync with your specific PIM system.
