Q - What payment methods are supported by the application?

Ans - Wizpay allows you take payments through multiple ways.

1. You can collect payments virtually through saved cards and bank account details.

2. You can share a payment link with your customer via email though which customer can pay via card, ACH, Paypal, etc

3. We also provide terminal hardware options which you can use to collect payments from customers in card present scenarios.

4. You can also record payments collected offline via cash or cheque

Q - How are chargebacks processed within the payments module?

Ans - Incase a chargeback is raised by your customer, you are notified in the WizPay portal and via email. Whenever a claim is raised, money is transferred to the cardholder’s account. It is refunded back when the transaction is proved legitimate.

You can protest the chargeback through Wizpay portal by submitting supporting documents like invoice copy, payment receipts, etc
