Effortlessly manage quotes: convert, save, repeat, duplicate, edit, cancel, and download

Convert Quote to Order

Once you have created a quote on the WizCommerce platform, and your customer accepts it, you can seamlessly convert the quote into an order. This streamlined process not only saves time but also ensures accuracy by eliminating the need to re-enter information.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the “Sales Module”

  2. Select the Quote that needs to be converted

  3. Directed to Quote Page

  4. Click on “Convert To Order”

    (If a quote hasn't been submitted, it needs to be submitted first)

  5. Click on “Edit” if required

  6. Validate the customer’s Details, Shipping Address and Payment Method

  7. Click on “Submit Order”

Your quote is now converted to order.

More Features

In addition to converting quotes into orders, the WizCommerce platform offers several other features to enhance efficiency and support your business growth:

Save Quotes for Later

If a quote is not ready to be submitted, you can save it for later. This allows you to work on multiple quotes simultaneously without losing any progress.


This functionality is available before you hit submit quote

Repeat Quotes

You can easily repeat a quote for the same customer. This feature is particularly useful for recurring orders, allowing you to quickly generate new quotes without re-entering the same information, thereby saving time and maintaining consistency.


It is available for both the draft and the submitted quotes.


Steps:

  1. Navigate to the “Sales Module”

  2. Select the Quote that needs to be converted

  3. You will be directed to Quote Page

  4. Select ellipsis (3 dots available on the top right corner)

  5. Select Repeat Quote

  6. Click on “Proceed”

  7. Click on “Edit Quote” if required

  8. Validate the customer’s Details, Shipping Address and Payment Method

  9. Click on “Submit Quote”

Duplicate Quotes

The platform allows you to duplicate a quote for a different customer. This is especially beneficial when similar quotes are needed for multiple clients, streamlining the process and reducing the effort required to create new quotes from scratch.


It is available for both the draft and the submitted quotes.


Steps:

  1. Navigate to the “Sales Module”

  2. Select the Quote that needs to be converted

  3. You will be directed to Quote Page

  4. Select ellipsis (3 dots available on the top right corner)

  5. Select “Duplicate Quote”

  6. Select the customer for whom you want to duplicate this quote.

  7. Click on “Edit Quote” if required

  8. Validate the customer’s Details, Shipping Address and Payment Method

  9. Click on “Submit Quote”

Edit Quotes

You can edit an existing quote before it is finalized. This flexibility ensures that any last-minute changes from the customer or adjustments to pricing can be accommodated without starting from scratch.

Cancel Quotes

If a quote is no longer needed or the customer changes their mind, you can easily cancel it. This feature helps you keep your records organized and up-to-date.


Steps:

  1. Navigate to the “Sales Module”

  2. Select the Quote that needs to be converted

  3. You will be directed to Quote Page

  4. Select ellipsis (3 dots available on the top right corner)

  5. Select “Reject Quote”

  6. Click on “Reject Quote”

Download Tear Sheets

You have the option to download tear sheets, which provide a detailed summary of the quote. These sheets can be shared with customers for their records or internal reviews, supporting transparent communication.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the “Sales Module”

  2. Select the Quote that needs to be converted

  3. You will be directed to Quote Page

  4. Select “Tear Sheet” present at the top right corner

  5. Select the format in which you want to download the tear sheet (Formats: Excel, PDF)

  6. Click on Bell icon

  7. Download the document
