Effortlessly create and send customized quotes to customers

After your customer has shortlisted the products they are interested in, you can create a quote on the WizCommerce platform. This feature allows you to formalize the pricing details and share the quote directly with the customer.

Benefits of Creating and Sharing Quotes:

  • Streamlined Process: Efficiently manage and track quotes within the platform, reducing administrative overhead and ensuring timely follow-ups.

This process ensures that both you and your customer have a clear, documented understanding of the pricing, supporting better negotiation and customer satisfaction.

Create Quote via Dashboard

Steps -

  1. Click on “Create Order” on the dashboard

  2. Select the “customer” from the top right corner

  3. Select the customer for that you want to create a quote.
    (You can add new customers as well)

  4. Add to cart the shortlisted products

  5. Go to the Cart

  6. Click on “Create Quote”

  7. Confirm quote creation by clicking on “Proceed”

  8. Check the customer details like

    1. Name

    2. Contact Number

  9. Click on “edit” present with each section to edit the details like

    1. Billing Address

    2. Shipping Address

    3. Email

    4. Quote Details

  10. Add the notes if required

  11. Add Shipping Method

  12. Add discount, shipping charges, tax, and additional charges

  13. Click on “Submit Quote”


The quotation is now shared with the customer.

Create Quote via Product Section

Steps -

  1. Select the “customer” from the top right corner of Product section

  2. Select the customer for that you want to create a quote.
    (You can add new customers as well)

  3. Add to cart the shortlisted products

  4. Go to the Cart

  5. Click on “Create Quote”

  6. Confirm quote creation by clicking on “Proceed”

  7. Check the customer details like

    1. Name

    2. Contact Number

  8. Click on “edit” present with each section to edit the details like

    1. Billing Address

    2. Shipping Address

    3. Email

    4. Quote Details

  9. Add the notes if required

  10. Add Shipping Method

  11. Add discount, shipping charges, tax, and additional charges

Click on “Submit Quote”

  4. Add to cart the shortlisted products

  5. Go to the Cart

  6. Click on “Create Quote”

  7. Confirm quote creation by clicking on “Proceed”

  8. Check the customer details like

    1. Name

Click on “Submit Quote”

Note

  • You can add more products by clicking on “edit” in the Cart Summary section

  • You can also create a quote for a guest customer. First, generate a cart for the guest customer, and then you can add the necessary details for your customer
