Capture essential customer information swiftly, ensuring no opportunity is missed

When you are at trade shows, things can get busy, and you might not have the time to add all the customer details. That's when you can use the "Quick Add'' feature to add customers quickly with limited information. 

You can add the Customer either while taking the order (via Product section) or just while having a discussion with the client (via Customer section). Here are the 2 ways you can quickly add a customer on the platform.

Add Customer via Product Section

  1. Click on Guest Customer (Customer Switcher Button)

  2. Click on "Add new customer"

  3. Update the Basic Details

  4. Click on "Submit"

  5. Your customer is now added to the platform

You can start taking an order for this customer now.

You can initially add the products as well, instead of adding the customer details. You will get the same option to add new customer when you will be confirming the order.

Add Customer via Customer Section

  1. Navigate to the Customer Section

  2. Select "Create Customer"

  3. Input the "Basic Details" of your customer

  4. Then, click on "Quick Add" to include the customer on the platform

  5. Your customer is now added to the platform

Note - You can choose which customer details would you like to add in in the Quick Add section. You can reach out to your CSM to customise these details.

For a more comprehensive customer profile, consider adding complete customer details
