Confirm and customize your order before submitting with editable details

The Order Confirmation Page is the final review step before confirming and sending an order to the customer. On this page, you can edit various details and add final touches before submitting the order. Let’s go through the available options:

  • Cart Summary:
    This dropdown displays the products added to the cart along with their quantities. You can remove items, adjust quantities, or apply discounts to specific products if needed.

  • Customer Details:
    Here, you'll see the contact details of the customer for whom the order is being placed. You can either edit the existing contact information or add a new contact.

  • Billing & Shipping Address:
    This section shows the addresses associated with the customer. You can edit the existing addresses or add a new one if required.

  • Order Details:
    This section contains editable fields, such as the Purchase Order (PO) Number, as well as any Custom Order Attributes. All details in this section can be modified before submitting the order.

  • Notes:
    Here, you can add order-level notes, whether for internal use or to share with the customer. You have the option to decide whether the note will be visible to the customer or kept for internal purposes only.

  • Shipping Method, Freight Terms, Payment Terms, and Mode of Payment:
    These fields appear at the bottom of the page and can be edited if they are not already pre-filled with the customer's details.

  • Save for Later (Top Right Corner):
    This option allows you to save the order as a draft, so you can complete and submit it later without losing your progress.

  • Submit Order:
    Clicking this button submits the final order and sends a confirmation to the customer.

  • Download Button:
    This button provides the option to download the order summary as a PDF or Excel file, which can be saved or shared as needed.

  • Three Dots (⋮) Menu:
    Under this menu, you’ll find additional options, including:

    • Cancel Order: Discard the current order.

    • Duplicate Order: Create the same order for a different customer.

    • Repeat Order: Place the same order again for the same customer.
      These options help save time by replicating the order process with just a click.

Below these options, you’ll find additional settings in the Cart Summary:

  • Add Discount: Apply an order-level discount.

  • Add Shipping Charge: Include any shipping fees.

  • Add Additional Charges: Add any extra costs.

  • Add Tax: Include applicable taxes.

All charges can be added as either a dollar amount or a percentage of the cart total, and will automatically be included in the final order total.
