Storing comprehensive buyer details is crucial for effective customer management, as it enables personalized service and targeted marketing. Additionally, maintaining up-to-date buyer data streamlines operations by simplifying the mapping of new contacts and addresses to existing buyers. This means you won’t need to re-enter buyer details each time you create quotes or orders, saving time and reducing errors, ultimately enhancing overall customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
On WizCommerce, when you import the buyer template, you will find options such as Buyers, Contacts, and Addresses in the dropdown menu. This feature allows you to add these elements separately, facilitating a more organized import process.
Import
Steps -
Navigate to the Import/Export section from the left panel
Click on "Buyer"
Then click on "Import"
Select "Buyer" from the dropdown list
Download the template Excel
Edit the Data Sheet tab on the Excel
Save the Excel sheet
Now, again click on "Import"
Choose the edited Excel, and click on "Next"
Select the column headers on the sheet
Click on "Next"; you will need to map the template fields to the columns
Again click on "Next," verify the data, make rectifications if required
Click on "Submit "
Now, select from "Add only," "Update," and "Add & Update"
Click on "Confirm"
Buyer details will be uploaded on the platform. Similarly, add Contacts and Addresses.
Export
Steps:
Navigate to the Import/Export section from the left panel
Click on “Customers”
Then click on Export
Select the bell icon at the top right corner
Download the excel file
The collections excel file is now downloaded to your system.
