Navigate to the Report Section
Navigate to the report section on your WizCommerce dashboard, where you'll explore subsections such as sales, customer, products, and teams, each providing detailed reports. Let's explore each subsection:

Sales
The first subsection is the sales section, where you can access comprehensive reports such as total sales, quotes, orders placed, average sales value, and orders converted from quotes. It also provides regional sales data through different bar graphs and pie charts. Use the available filters to narrow down your data further.
Customer
The second section is the customer section, offering a bird's eye view of all customer activities. Check active, repeat, and new customers, along with regional and customer leaderboards to understand customer behavior. Utilize different filters for more detailed data analysis.

Products
The third section is the product section, providing an overview of your products and entire inventory performance. Explore top-selling products, sales by category and collection, customer favorites, and team preferences. Identify low inventory products and use different filters for in-depth analysis.
Teams

Downloading Reports
Download reports easily by following these steps
Navigate to the desired report
Click on the three dots on the right side of the report
Choose "Download Results"
Select the preferred format (.csv, .xlsx, .json, .png)
Your results will be downloaded
Request Access if Needed
If you're not the admin and require access to specific reports, kindly request it from your admin
