Gain insights into key metrics to enhance business performance

Updated over 3 months ago

The Analytics section, available within the dashboard, provides valuable insights into various data points and metrics. It is designed to help you track and analyze key business performance indicators.

The Analytics section includes the following:

  • Total Revenue:
Displays the total revenue generated from orders. Additionally, it highlights the customer who has contributed the most revenue. Clicking on the Total Revenue tab will take you directly to the All Sales page for a detailed view.

  • Total Orders:
Shows the total number of orders created. It also identifies the customer with the highest number of orders. By clicking on this tab, you’ll be redirected to the Orders tab in the Sales section, where all orders are listed.

  • Total Quotes:
Displays the total number of quotes generated. It also indicates the customer with the most quotes. Clicking on this tab will take you to the Quotes tab in the Sales section, where all quotes are displayed.

  • Drafts:
Shows the number of orders or quotes that are currently saved as drafts but have not been submitted. This feature makes it easier to locate and edit drafts without having to search through the All Sales page.

By default, the analytics data is displayed for all customers. However, the metrics will adjust based on any filters applied, such as Customer, Date, or Sales Rep.
