Check product availability and manage inventory across multiple pages

Updated over 3 months ago

The Inventory feature allows you to see the current availability of units for a specific product. Inventory details can be accessed in two different locations, with an additional inventory status filter that helps you differentiate between in-stock and out-of-stock items.

  1. Product Display Page:

On the Product Display Page, you can view inventory details within a grey box on the product information panel. If the product is available, it will display "Available" followed by the quantity in stock. Additionally, there is an 'i' icon that, when clicked, opens a pop-up window providing further details such as the on-order quantity, reserved quantity, and backorder options. The pop-up will also inform you if backordering is allowed and how many units can be backordered.

  2. Inventory Page:

The second place to check inventory is via the left-side panel, where you'll find the Inventory option. Clicking on this will open a page listing all products along with key details such as product images, availability status, quantity in stock, and any on-order items, including their expected availability dates.

  3. Products Page Filter:

The third way to manage inventory is through the filter option on the Products Page. This filter allows you to sort products by their inventory status—'In-stock,' 'Backorder,' or 'Out-of-stock.' While this filter helps you quickly identify product availability, it does not provide specific quantities. For detailed inventory information, please refer to the Product Display Page or the Inventory Page.
