A Custom Line Item allows you to add a product or SKU that is not currently available on the Wizcommerce platform, or to fulfil a specific request or customization required by the client. This feature is available in the Cart Summary section, where you can add a custom line item. To locate this option, simply scroll to the bottom of the Cart Summary.
Here are the options available when adding a custom line item:
SKU ID:
The SKU ID is mandatory. It comes pre-filled but can be edited to suit your requirements.
Product Name:
This is a blank, editable text field where you can enter the name of the custom item.Price Per Unit:
Set the price of the custom item here. This price will be reflected in the order and included in the cart total.Quantity:
Specify the number of units required for the custom item.Add Note:
Include any additional information or details regarding the product or customization.Total Value:
This field represents the total value of the custom item, calculated by multiplying the price per unit by the quantity.
Add More:
Click this button to add the custom item to the cart and open a new pop-up to add another custom item. The SKU ID for the new item will also be pre-filled but can be edited.
Add:
This button adds the custom item to the cart and returns you to the Cart Summary page.
